We have a total of 49 apartment units.
They are
well maintained, modern, and clean. One check pays the rent,
which
includes utilities and maintenance. Telephone and Cable not
included. All cottages and apartments are ground level.
Laundry: There are four coin operated laundry areas for resident’s use. Clothes lines are also available for those who like to hang clothes in nice weather.
Maintenance: All yard work, snow removal, and repair is handled by the management. We are proud to provide you with maintenance free living. We request that maintenance problems are reported to the management office immediately. If we can’t fix it, we will find someone who can!
